I have irregular periods and insulin resistance due to pcos. I’ve been TTC for a year now. In December, I took 100mg of Clomid cd5-9 and I didn’t ovulate. I am currently on cd12 and I just took 150mg of clomid same days as my last dose. I went in for cd10 bloodwork on Sunday and my doctor has already prescribed me 2.5mg of letrozole to be taken cd3-7 starting next cycle. Has this happened to anyone before? Its like she already knows this won’t work. I am frustrated because I originally asked for letrozole but she gave me clomid instead. Has anyone experienced this? Was your switch from clomid to letrozole successful?
