How much does it cost?

For the women that have gone through the IUI and IVF. How much does it cost? Is it up front? Or do they bill you? And going to a fertility specialist do I have to pay for that or does the insurance company cover? I’ve been ttc for 7 months and no luck. So I’m thinking of going to a fertility specialist. But I don’t know how much it’s going to cost me 😩😩

Some doc will not go to IVF but will try less expensive methods such as clomoid/iui. My doc says IUI total was 5K.
As for cost: USA is 25-30K. My first cycle here the doc matched the cost of Mexico. Total cost was around 16/17K. They ordered meds from saveivf which is much cheaper than the US and discounted PGS.
I had a miscarriage and no eggs left so I'm saving for Mexico this time around.

Iui and Ivf are not the first line of treatment and most doctors won’t treat for fertility issues unless you’ve been trying for a year.

They won’t see you unless you’re older than 35 if you haven’t been trying for a year took me almost. 2 years to get pregnant and my husband has a low sperm count you can always call
