HELP HELP!!

I have to bump on my vagina. I do shave but having since like 3 months ago. My mother says its probably scars from saving. Can hair bumps stay for a long time like 2 years. I know they're not harpies because they aren't open sores and don't ose anything it's just their. Should I go to the doctor and get it removed. I don't know what to do its so annoying I haven't had sex they just showed up after I shaved one day like 3 years ago. I have low self confident of it.😔😔😔
