What is sleep 😩

So I’m hoping this is just part of a regression or something but my 10 month old has now started waking up an hour or so after he’s gone to bed and just wants to climb EVERYTHING and play 😩 it’s exhausting and I’m pretty sure last night I fell asleep before he did 😂 anyone else?

Yes. It's been horrendous for us. My boy has always been a "good" sleeper. I know that's subjective, I don't mean all night every night, but it was tolerable. So called Regressions and leaps just bothered him for a night or two.
This has been bad for a month, and horrendous for almost two weeks. I've been averaging around 4 hours sleep at night, some nights literally none.
I know he's capable of falling asleep on his own as he did it before! But since he can stand up it's like he doesn't spend long enough lying down to drift off.
Id been weighing up whether to do ferber method of timed check ins and letting him cry it out in between. I'm not a fan of it, but nor do I want to martyr myself and keep doing what we're doing as it's making me a terrible mum in the day time. And I am close to breaking and losing my shit. 
So hard to know what to do

That’s pretty common in my house. I bed share and just let him play while I snooze. Eventually he falls asleep, lol.

There is a 10 month sleep regression and it is hell. I don’t think I’ve slept between midnight-3am for a week.
