Mama Self Care Advice
Hey Ladies - My husband is going back to third shift next week, so I'll be home with our LO (5 months) again starting at 5:30 when I get home from work.
Baby girl goes to sleep between 6-7 (trying to adjust her to start sleeping between 7-8 so I can at least get some time with her in a day besides midnight feeds) so I'll be home all evening.. unsure about taking her out later, esp in the cold.. so I guess I'm looking for tips/advice on some self care on how not to "lose" myself while taking care of home.
I'm gonna start making candles again, it let's out some creative ideas I have but I still find myself feeling overly anxious and motivated to do stuff like stay up later, do my makeup for work, cook a good dinner, eat better etc but once LO goes to bed I find myself just feeling tired and "blah" and just go to sleep.
