Riding the sleep struggle bus
Please and I mean pretty please can someone suggest how the heck I can get some sleep? I’m normally a side sleeper, but if I sleep on my side my stomach starts to hurt as if I’m stretching it. I’ve tried putting blankets under my stomach, a soft pillow, a body pillow, and even a sheet. If you have any other ideas I’d love to hear them. I just want sleep.
