Should I continue to push for closure???

So me and my ex boyfriend broke up a little while ago, he sexually abused me and manipulated me. i just cant move on from what he did to me, and today i talked to him and he told me that i was lying about he abused me and that it never happened (it definitely fucking did). should i keep trying to talk to him or should i just try my best to move on?

You should honestly take care of yourself and move on. He clearly dosen’t validate how you feel and what you’ve experienced and will likely just cause you further pain. Writing a letter and burning it can help reach closure.

Just try to move on without it, he won’t admit he is in the wrong and did something bad, those guys never do, it will only hurt u more
