How is i it possible to get all your vitamins and minerals you need in one day??
I honestly just don’t get how it’s possible. I’m trying to be more fit and get in all the vitamins I need in a day, I’ve looked it up and you need SO MUCH of every vitamin it’s crazy 😫 I’m eating 1500 calories a day and there’s no way I can eat all I need to eat to get everything I need, and it’ll also kill my budget when I go grocery shopping needing to buy all these different foods. I’m so confused how you get all of your needs in a day does anyone know how? Tips?
