Temps seem to be going up... almost done bleeding from miscarriage hopefully. The last time everything went a lot faster.

It’s been a rough month. Can’t wait to start trying again but going to wait for some hormone testing and then my naturopath doctor wants to see what she can do to prep my hormones better with herbs and acupuncture. She suggested waiting about 3 cycles. Probably wise. She suspects that my progesterone was quite low, then the couple treatments she did before I got pregnant raised it just enough for me to get pregnant but not enough for me to stay pregnant. 🤔 That actually makes a lot of sense because we were trying for 8-9 months before we got pregnant and only after starting to tweak the hormones a bit is when it worked. Like I say, probably wise to heed her advice. The last thing I want is to miscarry again just because I was impatient.
