D and c pathology ?
I got the report back after a missed miscarriage and it says normal / products of conception but it also says no fetal tissue identified ... what does this mean ? I’m the us at 11 weeks she wrote fetal pole 7 weeks 2 days so why would there be no fetal tissue ESP when I never miscarried on my own?
