Spitting up every feeding

Baby is spitting up at every feeding and she’s wanting to eat more and more but then she spits up...I don’t know if I’m feeding her too much or not enough or maybe because I’ve started incorporating puréed foods...any ideas?

She also using the bottle as a means to fall asleep and if she doesn’t fall asleep before the bottle is done then she starts crying.

She has wet diapers and she’s pooping at least once a day so I know she’s getting something

She’s also teething

She has a lot going on in her little 6 month body. 🙂
