Problems ttc after Mirena IUD??

Anyone else have problems ttc after the use of Mirena IUD?

Here's a little back story. I had the Mirena placed in 2014 and had it removed after the full five years last January in 2019. As soon as I got off it I went on the pill. In the spring time I missed a few pills and had an unplanned pregnancy May 2019. I miscarried at 8 weeks in June.

Ever since my miscarriage we have been ttc. It's been 7 months now and no luck. I went to the Dr yesterday and discussed my concerns. She thinks the Mirena threw me off. She said it can sometimes take over a year to go back to normal and get pregnant after Mirena. If I don't get pregnant in 3 months, then she wants me to see an infertility specialist.

Has anyone else had a similar problem??
