EBF nipple pain
So I have been exclusively breastfeeding for the last 8 months and now all of a sudden in the last week one of my nipples is bruising, cracking and has excruciating pain. I can not feed my son with the right side anymore it's just that bad. Any solutions? Or do I have to bite the bullet all of a sudden and start giving him formula ):
