Would you believe my acne medication cost this much?!?

So I went to a dermatologist who prescribed onexton for my acne. I called the pharmacy told and they said that they don’t accept my insurance& said it costs $625!!!!!! I said whaaat?!?! And I asked for a coupon or some discount she said oh yes we have a coupon for $65. I said 65 off or 65 in total, she said in total.....I still feel like $65 is a lot but I purchased it. Have you used Onexton before? I am investing so much into my adult acne I pray it is gone before 2020 is over
