Does this sound like pregnancy

I’m 18 and I’m worried idk what’s going on with me. So on January 3 I had slight light pink bleeding. And then it lasted for about 4 days and became a light brown by day 4. I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms since and they haven’t gone away. I have swollen nipples and they hurt and I’ve been having slight cramping on and off. I took a pregnancy test on the on the 9 and I had a negative line but I had a faint line in the positive side but it was the wrong way. It wasn’t two straight lines it was a t but the box said two straight lines. I took another test one the 12 and it was a solid negative. I’ve been having a lot more discharge. Just normal discharge nothing that is concerning. But on the 17 I had this bleeding that was really light and only seen it when I used toilet paper in the bathroom, it was brown but really think kinda like a jello texture and it only happened for a few hours. I haven’t had my period because in September I was on the depo. But the last day I could have had my shot was December 19. And last time I was on the depo I got my period right after. It is now January 22 and I still have no period.... I can’t figure out what’s going on can anyone help me figure it out any options.does it sound like pregnancy?
