Cold/Sinus pressure

I just got hit with a cold so quickly and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this early on in pregnancy.. (severe sinus pressure in my head, runny nose and scratchy throat) I heard that pregnant women are more apt to get sick since their immune systems are compromised during pregnancy?
