Boob pains

Not sure whats really going on with my boobs we've been having unprotected sex but my boobs feel kind of sore. Like before my period its my nipples but this is like my actual "milk duct" and its the right one thats more sore but only when i touch or mess with them any other time its a dull or not even there feeling sometimes its a faint tingly feeling on the inside of my boobs has this happened to anyone before
