No CM at all
I don’t even know why I’m bothering with the TWW. My nutrition/hydration isn’t where it should be. Ever since I started paying attention (ok this is only the second cycle), I don’t seem to have any CM, EW or otherwise. I know I’m probably dehydrated since I was drinking almost zero water before. That’s the goal this cycle-to get up to regularly drinking the recommended daily amount. Next cycle I’ll add a new health goal. I still have my hopes up somehow though. 😣
