Fluid feeling and brown discharge

Ok i have an incredibly weird question... Right below my belly button down to my pelvis and all across, it is the WEIRDEST feeling. The best I can describe it is it feels like fluid or something. And if I drive over a bump in the road or something, I feel it more. It doesn't hurt but feels very uncomfortable. Its similar to how I felt when I would ovulate but I'm 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I've also noticed some brown on my liners this past week. Anyone know what this is??
