Please help! No period in sight!

Hello! I had a miscarriage in September, followed by a D&C in October when the meds didn’t work properly. We are trying to conceive again. I have already had my first period at the end of November, it was a short 24 day cycle and then I had my most recent period December 19-23, I used the clear blue advanced digital ovulation kit and got a peak smiley face on the 29th of December, so it put me at ovulating the next day on the 30th. (Is there a chance it was a false positive and I didn’t actually ovulate then ?)

I am now at CD 36, with no period or symptoms in sight. I have had negative after negative pregnancy test. Am I out? It’s now 24 days since the positive ovulation test.

I’ve been having constant headaches, some indigestion, gas and my boobs have been tender, these are all the exact same symptoms I had before finding out I was pregnant last time, so I’m really confused 😩
