Coming off the pill

I’m going off the pill at the end of my package (around 3 weeks) not because I want to get pregnant but because I can’t deal with the hormones and all of the other symptoms. Does anyone have any advice for coming off the pill and not getting pregnant. I’ve always been told we are baby making machines and the moment you come off birth control you can het pregnant even with a condom.
