5weeks //spotting?

Hey guys so I got a faint positive on the 7th and I went in got my hcg they were 9. (Hadn’t missed my period yet) Doctor said I wasn’t pregnant and to just wait for period. That Monday after I began to bleed what I thought was my period lates 4/5 days. Then no bleeding. Then two days ago I began to spot once or twice a day very very light. Whatever I ignored thought it was stress.

Today I take a test and big fat pregnant go to ER hcg is 1054 they see a sac in uturus but I bled and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced similarity ?
