Appendicitis or ovarian cyst rupture?

So on Sunday, I woke up about 6:30 in the morning with severe abdominal pain along with pain on my right side right above my hip. I tried to go to the bathroom to see if that was the problem, it wasn’t. The pain lasted about half hour, me in a fetal position sobbing. I did some research and thought it was my appendix but read further more and the appendix and ovary are near eachother. I still been having pain, it paralyzes me. I haven’t been able to make it to the doctor cause it’s a half hour away from where I live but I was just wondering if anyone could put in some input on what it could be and give advice, it would be greatly appreciated!
