No period
Can you get pregnant if you don't get periods? I've gone almost 100 days at this point missing my period, not super weird because I have PCOS. however I'm starting to feel a bit off, and I even dreamt of fish which I've heard oh so much about. So is it possible to get pregnant without a period? I tried googling it, but it just kept giving me an answer about something unrelated
