To everyone whose just had a baby look after urselves. You are going to feel a whole lot of emotions. Just go with it let yourself experience it. You might feel tired from the delivery, anger or frustration from breastfeeding or that noone is helping you, you might feel alone and isolated. You might feel useless and overwhelmed but it will get better dont rush it take your time. Your body might feel like its taken a beating soak that body and dont be afraid to talk to ur Dr or midwife to get some help. If you feel like crying cry that ugly cry and make sure you have someone you are talking too. If not come n let it out here. #postpartumhealth
