Someone help me

So I was given a 10 day supply of norethindrone, 3 days after stopping I had pink discharge when wiping I’ve now gone onto heavy red bleeding then it goes light and back heavy again... however I’ve had several faint positive tests? Has anyone else experienced this? What was your outcome? I know some people bleed throughout there pregnancy and everything is fine...
