Did my first PIO yesterday ! Wasn’t as bad as expected but deff sore at the site today.. idk how I’m going to feel after doing this for weeks on end! All set for transfer on Monday.. any suggestion how to mentally prepare for transfer and the dreaded 2ww to follow !?!
