I got the mirena inserted in September & had one period afterward then never got another one. I know that’s normal & everything but today I got a sudden rush of what I thought was discharge. I went to the bathroom & assumed I had just started my period. It was a bit thicker & darker than normal but I put in a tampon & thought nothing of it. When I took my tampon out just now this thing flicked onto the floor like it was just sitting on top! It’s hard as a pebble & freaked me tf out! It looked like a tiny hand at first & now I’m worried that this could have been a miscarriage! It looks like a fetus with an umbilical cord (the red line in the first pic!)

Could this have been a miscarriage? What does it look like to you? What are other signs? I’m freaking out so badly please anyone give me an idea!!
