Pregnancy tests as a general rule are accurate from the day your period is late. So if your period is predicted to come on a specific day & it doesn't then the following morning you can take a test & it should accurately tell you if you are or not. Some people test before their period is due & sometimes you can get an early positive, but if you get a negative early & your period still doesn't come it could have been a false negative. Hope that makes sense!
