11 weeks old bedtime

Does anyone think that like 10pm ish is too late as a bedtime. I seem to struggle keeping a routine/ feeds on time (I mostly do) baby isn’t the problem there’s just so many distractions from others. Anyway I’ll get her in the bath at 9pm and by the time I washed dried got her in my room and prob fed her again it’ll be like 10/11 o’clock before she sleeps sometimes she won’t sleep and will just grumble for a couple hours before sleeping. Sorry for the rant
