Adjusted Age?

Question

My baby was born 37+3. I know that she was not considered premature, but should I still use her adjusted age when considering her reaching milestones? 
For example, she’s 13 weeks, but not mastering grabbing or rolling. Could this be because she’s “really” 10 weeks?

I’m not sure about the adjusted age for that gestation. My son was born at 33+4 and I know his pediatrician still has me evaluate his milestones based on his actual age, anticipating he’ll be behind in a couple areas. He does it this way so he can truly see his progression and know if he’s catching up to where he should be.
I do believe though that your baby would still be early for those milestones even at actual age. My son is 21 weeks, 14 adjusted and he’s just now really mastering rolling and grabbing things. His pediatrician said grabbing things well is typically a 4 month milestone and rolling can take some babies up to 6 months to completely figure out.

Yes still adjust for age, many clinics adjust age until 2-3 years old

It may be different here in Australia, but no you don’t (here) as 37 weeks is considered “term” so baby isn’t technically premature (by scientific definitions). 37-40+ weeks is considered as arriving at the right time. 
Also, a lot of prem babies (not all) meet some of their milestones somewhere between their actual and adjusted ages. So if you adjusted, it could only make a difference of a few days.

Yes my baby is 3 months but in reality he should be 12 weeks tomorrow. He was born at 37 weeks and 3 days. He's barely doing things. He can roll over but can't grab stuff. He's also barely getting over his fussy phase.
