Rash on face

Has anyone ever experienced a red rash like this on LO? It was light after carrot purée feeding. Nana did wipe his face with kitchen rag on that spot but also on his entire lower face.

Woke up next AM to find it this red. Gave him Benadryl. Went to the Doctor and he mentioned that because he is teething, it can be from the drool and sleeping on his face for a long period of time.... but it’s still this red. Not an allergy to carrots he doesn’t think. It’s not puffy or bothersome. I figured it would have gone down by now but it’s still as red as can be. Any help appreciated!
