I have an appointment on the 3rd to get one in, just got the prescription today. I have symptoms of endometriosis and they said no to the copper iud because of the side and it's prone to rejection. They said I may or may not have periods.

Here are my questions, do you know you're not pregnant on kyleena (if you don't have periods) without taking a pregnancy test? Does it help with acne at all? For those who have been on birth control pills and are sensitive to horomones, is it better? Any side effects? I found the patches were good for me but the maintenance wasn't great.
