Daily episodes of ringing in ears?

Almost every day for the past 2 months I have episodes of loud ringing in my ears. It only lasts a few seconds and happens 1-2 times a day. I had bad tinnitus while pregnant and am currently 7 months postpartum. Wondering if anyone else has experiences this?

I have tinnitus regularly but it was really bad when I was pregnant. Apparently it is common to experience this during pregnancy due to increased blood flood. It went away once I had my son
