HCG Levels

I had blood work done last night (I had a little brown/red bleeding and cramping over the last few days) and at 4w1d my HCG was 58. I ovulated 01/08. I have to keep going for blood work every 48 hours to make sure the levels keep rising. I hope baby is okay! Anyone else have HCG levels on the lower end around 4 weeks?

Update(01/27): On 01/26 my HCG level was 383. So it’s going up! I feel like it’s still pretty low though, Do you! I go in for my first ultrasound on 02/06.

Update(01/31): my levels from last nights blood draw were 2430! They said my levels are rising beautifully. I am 5w2d I believe today. Hoping and praying for a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby! Thanks all! ❤️
