My boyfriend and I wanted to have a baby and actively pursued it. It took four months of trying but it took. I’m not 9 weeks pregnant and don’t feel we are ready to have a baby. He isn’t ready to get married (were nonobservant Muslims) but we still don’t want a child out of wedlock. I’m near 40 years old and know that I may not get many more chances. He does not want me to abort but I can’t handle the stress and don’t want to pressure him to get married when he isn’t ready.
