Do you think the Republican Senators are working "hand in glove" (as McConnell stated) with Trump in the Senate Trial because Trump has dirt on all of them that will end their political careers right along side his?

I doubt it. Their base, and their voters are eating it all up. 
I also don’t believe they’re acting this way because of blackmail. They’re true believers in Trump and would rather put partisanship ahead of our national interests.

100% yes I think it's clear they're all hiding something. Some of them, like Graham, went from being Never Trumpers during the 2016 primary to being his little lapdogs. 
I dont know that it's Trump who has dirt on them though, but I'm going to go too far off into conspiracy theory land if I expound on that. I do have a theory though.
