Flex Fits Disc review

So far I have used it for three periods. I only use it the first two to three days when I have my heaviest flow. I think it’s the optimal time for it. The coolest part for me is unlike a tampon or pad that over flows always and makes me feel heavy, this disc will let go of some of the blood when you use the bathroom. It’s like I chose when the blood is released. Such a weird thing to be excited over but it beats changing a tampon two to three times during the day at work. I do wear a liner because you will have a little come out after using the bathroom but it’s almost nothing. This is all from one persons experience but I keep it in almost 12 hours.

Cramps be gone! I have had little to no cramps wearing this. The first few times you use it you won’t be completely comfortable but one you learn wear to insert it gets better. My third time wearing it I barely had a cramp all day. I even drank caffeinated tea which usually doesn’t help.

Haven’t tried sex with it because I don’t see that be comfortable or possible but that’s just me.

I’d love to hear other reviews just so I know I’m not alone in this excitement.
