Painful braxton Hicks!?

So I do use the word painful because some are I’ve been having these pains feels like period pain with lower back pain, for about an hour every 4-5 mins. I do have an irritable uterus I’ve been told but I’m like how do I know when to get checked 😩
I’m 35weeks baby & fluid measuring 2-3weeks ahead
Have been drinking water all day

I have irritable uterus and unfortunately its nearly impossible to tell. Because they dont stop with dehydration, relaxing etc. They are painful and can mimic labor. If you google irritable uterus it pretty much says its false labor. I can only tell im in labor when they get really painful. Usually 4-6cm along. Its not fun at all.

If I recall correctly, you’re supposed to drink water and lay down. If they go away in any amount of time (up to a couple of hours) then you’ll know they’re Braxton. Your hospital probably has a nurses hotline where you can call, though, and they will give you medical advice!
