Mesh crib liner ok??

My baby keeps getting her chunky little thighs stuck in the slats of the crib. Lol. Are those breathable mesh crib liners safe to sleep with? I don’t want to do something that’s not safe or recommended. Is it approved by the APA?

Not safe.. try a sleep sack!

Not recommended by the AAP. (Strangulation hazard from the ties of them, etc). Just a crib, bassinet, or play yard with a fitted sheet and a sleep sack ☺️ 
We use a cotton halo sleep sack for daytime and Zipadee Zip at night. ❤️

The American Academy of Pediatrics doesn’t recommend anything bumpers-they can get wrapped up in even the ties on the mesh ones. I’ve read that a sleep sack can help with keeping legs contained 😊.

We have one its woven in & out of the slats, when health visitor & midwife came round they both said it was fine. Also stops my eldest poking the baby thru the bars

We use one!! Have been for 3 months. Helps him a little as well when he hits his head!

We have them in her crib. They don't stay up and she pushes them down and still sticks her arms and legs out. 😂🤦‍♀️
