Well I just feel that I shouldn't be hiding this type of stuff from my mum, but I just feel it would be easy yet hard to tell her because I don't want her to be so disappointed in me, and I don't want my dad to find out either, but I feel more comfortable talking to my mum about it but I don't know if I should I don't want it to get to the extent of being kicked out the house 😔 someone please help me and I'm only 16

I know how hard this conversation is! Just be 100% upfront and honest with her about it because then she'll see that you can trust her and want to talk to her about stuff and it will make your mother-daughter bond stronger! Just let the words slip out of your mouth like it's one of your friends your talking to. I really don't think she will kick you out! Yes, she may be disappointed for a while but she'll get over it. But all in all, you should tell her and be honest with her and she'll see that you're not scared to talk to her like other people and that you can trust her and like I said before, make your bond stronger x

Just be like "so I was with this guy the other day.... And we were hanging out.... In his bedroom..... And.... Kissing and stuff... And I know I'm only 16.... But it felt right... And we kind of had sex... Please don't be mad. I couldn't keep it a secret any longer. I just needed to tell you. 
And THEN hopefully she will give you a hug and thank you for being so honest with her
