Staying Fit While Pregnant
Hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone has good tips and excercises that are safe for pregnancy (first trimester). I gained sooooo much weight with my first baby (stopped working out early on and was super lazy), I'm hoping to avoid it the second time around ❤. I currently exercise regularly, so it's not like I'm just now trying to get in shape! What are good workouts, how often/how many days of the week/how much at a time, what are no nos! 😊 Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!
