Myriad prequel prenatal screening

So my doctor offered the prenatal screening at my next visit, which will be 12 weeks 4 days. Just wondering what’s the most I’d have to pay for it. Yes I’d like to have it done for the genetics and also the gender, but if my insurance won’t cover it I’m not going to get it done. (They do one later in pregnancy that my insurance does cover) I think a lot of people opt for this one for the early gender. (Can find out at 10 weeks)

So just trying to see what I might have to pay!
