So I’m wondering if part of the reason my almost 8 month old wakes up at night and does not sleep well is because he really doesn’t move in his sleep. He is a side sleeper and the most he does is roll on his back then usually wakes up a little while after.

I hear of all these babies moving everywhere while sleeping and my little dude does not.

I might be grasping at straws but I’m trying to figure out why he is sleeping so horribly. When he is awake he is really mobile and is almost crawling so I don’t get why he doesn’t just roll around while sleeping to get comfy again.

Anyone else have a less active night sleeper? Do they sleep well?
