Gas pain? Stomach pain? BH? Help

Hello! 27 weeks, FTM. Since I’ve been in bed for about 30 minutes I’m getting these awful cramps that’ll feel like gas or I need to poop. I’ll go to the bathroom and try and push about 1 small BM out. I’m also burping a lot, so I thought maybe trapped gas? I took a Gas X and nothing. It comes and goes. I don’t necessarily feel my stomach tighten like some say with BH. Does this happen to anybody else? What did you think it was? I might just have bad trapped gas, I really don’t know.

Yesssss. I was laying on my Pharmadoc pregnancy pillow on the edge of the bed with my feet on the floor. The cramping would not release no matter what and I couldn’t pass gas or have a BM (which has been the case lately). I felt like death was coming. I was up all night long trying to get into a somewhat comfortable position. Nothing worked. The next day I was ok and within about two days my system completely flushed thank goodness bc TMI constipation is no joke. I rarely have ever had that issue but this later in pregnancy business is horrible.

I have been super bloated feeling lately. Almost like acid indigestion too. I actually don’t even eat that much but feel so full

I'm 27 weeks today as well and I know all the feeling right there, I'm having a girl and she kills my ribs and moves like crazy, your not alone tho....
