It looks like a scar tissue blister. I wold continue cleaning it and if you don’t already use it I would try using vitamin E oil after cleaning it. That will help it heal better.

Mine actually did that because it was being over cleaned. I cleaned it every day and it started to get that bump and ooz puss. So I went back to the piercer cuz I thought it was infected and she told me I was over cleaning it. She said they only need to be cleaned for the very first week and then to stop after that and just leave it alone. So I did that and it all cleared up and I haven't had problems since! I know this sounds weird and doesn't make sense but it worked for me 🤷‍♀️

it could be scar tissue. Mine did this and it was because I have sensitive and dry skin. Tea tree oil helped it.

Its infected blisters come. Out while it’s having an infection used to get them but on my ear with piercings
