If a man was tricked into pregnancy, Do you think he should be off the hook for fatherhood?
If a man can prove he was tricked into getting a woman pregnant (popped holes into condoms, lying about BC, lying about taking morning after pill), do you think that the state should remove him from responsibilities of fatherhood? That would mean no chance of being put on child support, no parental rights, and whatever else would be obligated of him. If No, should the woman face charges or possible conviction due to her deception?
