Any ideas?

So I got the depo shot after my second son. I only got two cycles. The third cycle would have been due on September 16th but I didn’t get it and stopped the shot. (Was not a fan) I started tracking my cycle then. It has been all over the place... which I figured would happen when my body was adjusting to not getting it. But it has been a while now and my cycle is still crazy. Last night me and my husband started having sex and I started bleeding again. I had just finished my period four days before that. Here are the pictures of my cycle. I am also going to try to get into my OBGYN to see what he thinks.
