BV or is my vagina broken ?????

I am 20 years old . I am bisexual . i currently have a girlfriend but i have been with plenty of guys before her. A few months into our relationship i went to the doctor and found out i had BV. i originally went because i randomly get very painful sharp pains in my uterus out of no where at ANY time. one time i got them so bad i couldn’t pee because it hurt but it also hurt to hold it in. It hurt to sit down on a chair because the pains would go to my vagina . After that they gave me antibiotics, and i got it again. and then i got a yeast infection. and i stopped doing the antibiotics because they just terrible for you as everyone knows. And i tried this thing sweet cookie , and it’s supposed to just cleanse your vagina out. it’s a capsule of like boric acid that you insert in your vagina and it comes back out. it has really helped then smell , however my vagina just has a natural scent of BV. every time

i swipe its white creamy discharge and it smells. Also i can not get wet no matter how turned on i am. male or female, i have orgasms and my vagina will be so dry. i used to cream a lot , but now i can’t even do that. i’m sooo frustrated!!! i don’t know what to do and this has been going on over a span of almost a year. HELP!!!! what are these pains ? (also for background my lower back HURTS . very bad all the time . I play Division 1 basketball ) and What is the smell and how do i get rid of it for good ? and also why can’t i get wet like everyone else?
