Am I still pregnant?

Okay so I'm not sure which group to post this in but I have a genuine question/ concern. So today I am 5 weeks 2 days pregnant or would have been, but the passed 2 days I had bleeding (pink, brown and red) got heavy but now after 2 days completely stopped, I passed clots and clear stretchy mucus? And now I'm wandering did I just have a miscarriage? (I know to go to the dr, I will in the am but I'm just asking if anyone had this and ended up having a healthy pregnancy?)
